ALL PRICES ARE IN US DOLLARS AND PER WEEK.

rental rate by 7 and by the number of bedrooms. You will realize that a
Soleil Villas villa
is price competitive with the best hotels and offers more than just a bedroom for your
vacation: every house has a swimming pool or beach access, a fully equipped kitchen, daily

We have winter and summer rates:
- The Winter (High Season) goes from
December 15 to April 15 excluding the Christmas and New Year period.
- The Summer season is from April 16
to December 14 with rates 25-35% off.
- Payments:
We register your reservation with a deposit
of 25%. The balance is due 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival in St-Maarten.
We accept bank-to-bank wire
payment, Travelers Check and American Express cards (add 4% commission).
- Cancellation And Refund Policy
We advise you to consider using an
insurance.
If there is a cancellation, the fees are as follows:

All refunds of rental service
