My name is Olivier Arens. Our lovely island of St. Martin has been my home for more than 20 years - enough time to know every location composing our 37 sq. miles.
In 1998, I started Soleil Villas Company, a Vacation Villa Rental structure offering the finest accommodations in St-Martin / St. Maarten.

This is how I started to be involved into Real Estate transactions. Now I collaborate with Remax which is the most important realtor in St-Martin / St. Maarten. Their listings + my knowledge on the island (I am a former President of the Terres Basses Owners Association) put me in a position to find any kind of land or villa for my clients.
