Our Goal is to provide you with personal attention and to ensure that your vacation is a memorable one. Upon arrival, you will be greeted at the airport by a representative from Soleil Villas Company, and escorted to your home.

All villa rentals include 6 days a week maid service and all kinds of amenities:

Fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, blender, BBQ, etc...

• Washer-dryer
• Fine linen and towels
• A/C and fans
• Cable/Satellite TV, DVD Player, Stereo, CD Player, telephone and internet connection

Pricing

ALL PRICES ARE IN US DOLLARS AND PER WEEK.

You should add to this price 8% tax.

If you want to compare with hotel rates, divide our Soleil Villas weekly villa rental rate by 7 and by the number of bedrooms. You will realize that a Soleil Villas vacation home is price competitive with the best hotels and offers more than just a bedroom for your vacation: every house has a pool (some also have direct beach access), a fully equipped kitchen, daily maid service and much more…

We have winter and summer rates:

• The Winter (High Season) goes from December 15 to April 14 excluding the Christmas and New Year period.
• The Summer season (Low Season) is from April 15 to December 14 with rates 20-40% off.

Payments

We register your reservation with a deposit of 25%. The balance is due 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival in St-Maarten.

We accept bank-to-bank wire payments; Travelers Checks and American Express cards (add 4% commission).

Cancellation And Refund Policy

We advise you to consider using insurance.

If there is a cancellation, the fees are as follows:

All refunds of rental service payment, whether in whole or pro rata, will be subject to deduction of a 15% service fee assessed against the total amount of villa rental.

Christmas & New Year's Eve Period

For this period the requirements are: a deposit of 50% and the balance to be paid 60 days prior to the beginning of the rental. Both are non refundable.
